If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the returns process. All returns must be in their original packaging, unused and in a resaleable condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
- Mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging
- Products that have been customized or made to order
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear and tear

Shipping Costs
